You do not need to have a fully defined project or an existing design problem to benefit from professional direction. You may have purchased an older home and need help determining where to begin. You may be planning an ADU or another compact space that must work harder within limited square footage. You may know that you want a bathroom with character but have no clear plan for the layout, fixtures, finishes, and materials required to create it. Or you may already have contractor quotes that cover the labor while leaving every design decision to you.

The Design Direction Consultation is a focused, one-on-one phone session that gives you direct access to a professional interior designer. Before the call, MK Properties Design reviews the photographs, measurements, plans, inspiration, product options, contractor information, and questions you submit. During the session, we clarify what you are trying to accomplish, identify the decisions and information the project requires, address any existing design concerns, and establish a practical path forward.

This is not a discovery call or a general conversation about your style. It is a working design session centered on your actual property, priorities, and next decisions.
